Located in scenic Englewood, Colorado, just ten miles from downtown Denver, the Gothic Theatre is a landmark 1920's-era art deco theatre that features a variety of live entertainment, concerts, films, and events throughout the year. The theatre features stunning art deco style architecture, including murals and lighting fixtures, a unique, three-tiered balcony, a full bar, a large, retractable movie screen, and a historic marquis complete with a neon sign proclaiming the theatre's name in flowing script.

If you’re planning to see a concert at the Gothic Theatre, keep a few tips in mind. Parking is a challenge, and many parking spaces are only open to those with residential permits. History of the Gothic Theatre

Opened during the height of the 1920s, the Gothic Theatre features grand art deco style architecture and was the first theatre in Denver to show “talkies” (movies with sound). The theatre’s façade was remodeled in the 1940s, but the interior was preserved, retaining its art deco splendor. In the late 1990s the Gothic Theatre was purchased and renovated into a music venue, complete with state-of-the-art lighting and sound. Today, the Gothic Theatre hosts a wide range of concerts, events and films.
