DU Orientation Starts Sunday September 1st
Whether you're fresh out of high school or looking to go back to school, attending college can help you take the next step toward your long-awaited career. And for those in the Denver, the area's premier private liberal arts university is one such place to start. This fall, the University of Denver is hosting its annual Discoveries Orientation program to help its transition students into all college life has to offer.

More than 170 undergraduate and 120 graduate programs of study are offered at this much-celebrated university, allowing you to choose the course of study that best suits your needs. And with the school's Discoveries Orientation program, your new journey is set to begin on the right track. The program's activities are designed to prepare students for the new and exciting experiences that await them in addition to the typical challenges students may face along the way.

Starting Sunday, September 1st, students can meet with their fellow classmates during this weeklong program. Not to mention students will have the opportunity to register for classes with a personal academic adviser, who will help make sure your schedule aligns with your career goals. You'll also learn more about the Common Curriculum, a standard practice among liberal arts universities that's designed to give students a more well-rounded education.
