Phone Line Charges:

Direct Dial Outside Lines:
The clients will need to place an order prior to their function. The charge for a direct line will be $25.00 per day. Any long distance charges are additional, and will be applied to your master account. 

Exhibitor Booth Charges:

Display tables for exhibitor booths will be clothed and skirted and will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per table. We can also provide you with a vendors booth request form to assist you with other additional vendor needs. 

Electrical Requirements:

The client will need to place an order two weeks prior to their function. A request form and price list will be provided for all requests.

It is our intent to provide quality service for our clients. However, Holiday Inn Select Denver- Cherry Creek cannot be responsible for any damage to electrical, mechanical, and computer equipment, which is caused by power surge, voltage drop, loss of building power, or any failure which is deemed “An act of God.”  It shall be the responsibility of the client to provide proper surge protection for their equipment and act in good faith with installation and removal of all equipment. It shall also be the responsibility of the client to ensure that their equipment is properly secured and unplugged during non-operating hours. 

Box Handling Charge:

The hotel must have prior notification of all incoming packages. Packages that are being shipped for a function must be addressed to:

All packages must be marked with the name of the person in charge of the program, function name, and date. The client will be held accountable for shipping costs incurred by any packages. A $3.00 per day storage fee will be charged for packages received more than three days in advance. The first three boxes are free of charge and each box thereafter will incur a $3.00 per box handling fee.

Bartender Charges:

Cash Bar:
A Bartender is provided free of charge if revenue exceeds $300.00 per bar, otherwise a $60.00 bartender fee will be applied.
All cash bars require one cashier per 100 people; a fee of $60.00 will be applied per cashier. 
All bartender and cashier fees are based on four hours. 

Host Bars:
A Bartender is provided free of charge if revenue exceeds $300.00 per bar, otherwise a $60.00 bartender fee will be applied. 

Audio Visual Charges:

State of the art audiovisual equipment will be provided (price list upon request).
Request for Audiovisual equipment needs to be received three days prior to the function. If you require same day delivery of additional audiovisual a higher price will be charged plus a delivery charge of $30.00 will be applied to your master account. Any audiovisual equipment that is not ordered through the hotel will not be the responsibility of the hotel staff.  If assistance is required a service charge will be applied. 

Table Centerpiece Charges:

We offer complimentary Bud Vases for lunch tables and a mirror tile with two votive candles for dinner table settings. We would be happy to upgrade your centerpieces to:
A Hurricane Lamp with tapered candle centered on a mirror tile at a charge of $5.00 per table or a Shimming Crystal Oil Lamp centered on a mirror tile surrounded with two votive candles at a charge of $10.00 per table. 

Linen Charges:

Complimentary Table linen is available in Ivory, Black, and White. Napkins are available in White, Black, Ivory, Red, Blue, and Green. Additional color table clothes can be ordered at a charge of  $2.00 per table and napkins for .20 cents each. We can also accommodate you with floor length table clothes at a charge of $15.00 per table and overlays for and additional $2.00 per table.  Chair Covers must be ordered two weeks prior to the function at a charge of $10.00 each. 

Same Day Menu Orders:

The hotel can not guarantee any menu item that is not pre ordered though the Catering
Department three business days prior to the function date.  If food and beverage is requested on the day of the function, we will inform you of the options available.

Coat Check:

We would be happy to provide you with a coat check for your function. The coat check would open one half-hour prior to the start time and close one half-hour after the end time. If coats were left behind, they would be turned into the hotel lost and found. A charge of $15.00 per hour would be applied to your master account 

Table Stanchions and Numbers:

Provided upon request.

Vegetarian Meals:
We would be happy to provide your guests with special meals. However, it is the responsibility of the client to give a guarantee count for these meals three business days prior to the function date. No more than 3% of this count will be available.  

Decorating / Banners:
Hotel policy dose not allow for decorations to be secured to walls, mirrors, etc. Any hanging (such as banners) from the ceiling are to be overseen by the Hotel Engineering Department. For the hanging of banners, a charge of $25.00 may be applied
